Where Should I Start?
Hey Southern Fried Friends, I am so happy you are still searching for the right lifestyle for your forever life... Long term, sustainability is what real success is in your Food & Fitness Journey. Where Should You Start??? Great question and here is my answer... Journal, journal, journal. Write down everything you do, your struggles, weaknesses, victories, what you eat, your female cycle, etc... patterns will begin to reveal themselves and you will see where changes need to be made. Use the forums, my website, the internet etc... as your tools to help slowly move into living the 80/20 Lifestyle. I am always listening.Your Sister in the South,Robin
Successful Diet, Lifestyle Change
I've been a fan since Season 1 of Southern Fried Fitness, and have worked at the 80/20 southern fried lifestyle for the past few years, and I LOVE it! Changing to clean food made such a difference, and I love, love, love getting to still eat a treat (after I've earned it, of course!) I haven't done as much as I could have with the journal though, I'll have to check that out!
