Chewy Graham Popcorn
    Ingredients
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup dried dates, chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups golden raisins
  • 10 cups popped popcorn
    Directions
  • Toss together first 5 ingredients; stir well. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; stir into popcorn mixture. Pour mixture in a jelly roll pan; bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Allow to cool, then enjoy or wrap it up as a gift!
