Chewy Graham Popcorn
- Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup dried dates, chopped
- 2 1/2 cups graham cracker cereal
- 1 1/2 cups golden raisins
- 10 cups popped popcorn
- Directions
- Toss together first 5 ingredients; stir well. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; stir into popcorn mixture. Pour mixture in a jelly roll pan; bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Allow to cool, then enjoy or wrap it up as a gift!
