Monkey Bread
- Ingredients
- chopped nuts (if desired)
- 2-3 packages refrigerated biscuits
- 2-3 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups white sugar or granulated Stevia
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Directions
- Sprinkle nuts in bottom of a greased Bundt pan (any pan will do). Melt butter. Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Cut each refrigerated biscuit into 3 or 4 pieces. Roll each piece of biscuit in the sugar & cinnamon mixture and then layer them in the Bundt pan. If using nuts, sprinkle in between the layers of dough. Drip the butter over the biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes. Turn pan upside down onto a large plate, and carefully lift baking pan off monkey bread. Serve and enjoy your 20%.
