Seven Layer Dip
- Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) bag fiesta cheese, shredded
- 1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 1 (4.25-ounce) can chopped black olives
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped, including green tops
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can bean dip
- 6 roma tomatoes, diced
- Directions
- In a 13x9-inch glass dish, spread bean dip. Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread over the beans. Next, layer green onions, black olives, green chilies, and shredded cheese. Top with diced roma tomatoes. TIP: Best if made the day before. Refrigerated and serve with chips.
