Sourdough Breakfast Casserole
    Ingredients
  • 6-9 slices sourdough crust removed bread, tear into cubes
  • 2 cups country ham, diced and cooked
  • 2 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 dashes tabasco sauce
    Directions
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix country ham and cheese together. Add eggs and milk; mix well. Pour over bread cubes. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, pour mushroom soup and milk over top. Bake for 1 hour.
